1. Event registration is open from now on.
2. All services are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
3. All participation records are subject to the records of Valentino Beauty’s computer system.
4. Only registered participants are allowed to participate in the event. They must participate in person at the designated date and place they have selected. Otherwise, they will be automatically waived.
5. V ON-THE-GO service registration period starts from 1sr January 2023 to 31st December 2024, based on the record of the Organizer’s server.
6. Each phone number and email can only be used to register V ON-THE-GO Service once within the past 12 months.
7. Each phone number and email can only be used to register V ON-THE-GO Service once from 1sr January 2024 to 31st December 2024.
8. Valentino Beauty reserves the right to change the service without prior notice. We apologize for the inconvenience.
9. Valentino Beauty reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Valentino Beauty reserves the right of final decision.

Website Terms and Conditions

2. Participants must abide by the rules, terms and conditions, and other relevant regulations established by Valentino Beauty. They need to ensure that all the information provided is true and correct, and does not impersonate any third-party information or false account. If there is false information or suspicion of participating in the event with an empty or false account that disrupts or manipulates the event with any program, the redemption qualification of the relevant participant may be canceled without further notice.
3. The data and time submitted by participants through this event will be based on the data received by the organizer's server. Valentino Beauty is not responsible for any delay, loss, error, or unrecognizable information submitted by participants due to technical problems such as computers and networks.
4. Participants understand and are willing to abide by the terms and conditions of this event, thus agree to be posted by Valentino Beauty.
5. I agree to let Valentino Beauty collects my personal information, such as name, phone number, etc., including the above-mentioned personal information. The information will only be used for notification of this event. Hong Kong Valentino Beauty will not use the relevant information for future direct marketing purposes. Valentino Beauty will keep the above data and information confidential except for designated data processors.

7. Participants have the right to correct, delete and review the personal data provided to the company. Any questions and disputes about this event shall be subject to the final decision of Valentino Beauty.

1. By participating in this campaign, you agree Privacy Policy and Personal Data Collection Statement to collect, store, use and transfer personal data (including your title, full name, phone number and email address) that you provide to promotional agencies on the website.
2. Valentino Beauty will send you a text message or Facebook message regarding the event, gift registration update and any gift redemption matters.
3. To participate in this campaign, you must agree to receive promotional information from Valentino Beauty’s products and services.
4. Participants understand and are willing to abide by the terms and conditions of this event, thus agree to be posted by Valentino Beauty.

General Matters

1. Promotion agencies reserve the right in their sole discretion, to refuse you to enter the event if there is any reason to believe that you have breached the terms and conditions.
2. Promotion agencies have the right to invalidate, suspend, cancel and modify this activity when necessary.
3. The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Participants and promotion agencies must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region irrevocably.
